Hi my name is Simon Lythgoe.
I have been a Sushi Chef for most of my life and decided 4 years ago to make a change and become a Remedial Therapist.
I chose this path of healing so I could help people live a healthy and pain free life with full functioning movement of their bodies.
Everybody is different so everyday I wake up excited about who I am going to meet and how I can help them do what they want to do.
I got my passion for helping when I was young my bother was born with (MD) Muscular Dystrophy which is a muscle disease.
I was helping him and other people with disabilities and people without disabilities all of my life which helped me fit right into my new journey.
I use a mixture of technique's in my treatment:
-
Myofascial Release (MFR) Light massage
-
Deep Tissue Massage (DTM)
-
Trigger Point Release (TPR)
-
Joint Mobilization
-
Dry Needling
-
instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization: Rock Blades
-
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching
-
Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
-
Functional Movement Therapy
-

Everyone one is different so I always ask questions to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.
