Soft Tissue Therapy is a mixture of modalities (techniques) to help reduce pain resulting in increased movement.

We start off by assessing the whole body posture and movement so that we can begin the process of better understanding what is going on within your body.

We begin with "Range of motion" testing to find short and tight  areas and apply minute resistance to find weak muscles, Special testing if needed.

Then we would advise a treatment plan using a mixture of modalities:

• Myofascial Release      (MFR)

• Deep Tissue Massage (DTM)

• Trigger Point Release   (TPR)

• Joint Mobilization  

• Functional Release Cupping (FRC)

• Dry Needling

• E-Stim Dry Needling

• instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization: Rock Blades

• Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching

• Muscle Energy Technique (MET)

• Functional Movement Therapy

• Rock Taping 

We would also give you some home work i.e Stretch Foam Rolling and exercises to help you increase the treatment recovery time.
